Welcome to Takinuna Healing Centre. By accessing our website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. These terms govern your use of our services and participation in our retreats.

2. Eligibility

Our retreats are open to individuals aged 18 and older. By booking a retreat, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are mentally and physically able to participate in plant medicine ceremonies and related activities.

3. Health and Medical Conditions

Participants are responsible for disclosing all relevant health conditions, medications, and psychological history in the intake forms. We reserve the right to refuse participation if we determine there may be health risks or contraindications with plant medicine.

Takinuna is not a medical facility. While we provide traditional healing and therapeutic support, our services are not a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric treatment.

4. Booking, Payment, and Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
  • The full balance must be paid by the date specified in your confirmation email.
  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable but may be transferable under certain circumstances.

5. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect:

  • The sacredness of the space and ceremonies
  • The guidance of the shamans and facilitators
  • Other participants’ personal processes and boundaries

Use of alcohol, recreational drugs, or inappropriate behavior during retreats is strictly prohibited and may result in dismissal without refund.

6. Liability and Assumption of Risk

By participating in our retreats, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • Ayahuasca, Huachuma, and other traditional plant medicines induce altered states of consciousness.
  • There are physical, psychological, and emotional risks inherent in these experiences.
  • You voluntarily assume full responsibility for your participation and any consequences that arise.

Takinuna Healing Centre and its team are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during or after your retreat experience.

All content on this website—including texts, images, logos, and retreat materials—is the property of Takinuna Healing Centre and may not be reproduced or distributed without prior written consent.
